Quinta do Rajo and Satya Kaur offer Intensive Meditation Days as an alternative to participating in White Tantra Yoga Teacher Training Level 1.
An opportunity to devote youself to the practice of deep meditation within a group of yoga instructors.
The day includes a minimum of 6 hours of meditative kriyas as taught by Yogi Bhajan, under the supervision of Satya Kaur.
Well known techniques such as The Morning Call and Kirtan Kriya will be practised in their extended versions.
We will also experience the power of a re-birthing technique that touches on deep seated and unconscious programs of our psyche.
