What is the format of the training?
We offer you a NEW FORMAT FOR BUSY PROFESSIONALS.
Over the course of 5 Sunday sessions, we will meet LIVE on Zoom.

Your presence is required. All sessions will be recorded, and you will have access to the recording, but we need your active participation in a minimum of 4 out of the 5 sessions.
Between each session, you will have to do tasks that will bring theory to practice. Each assignment will bring you closer to certification. The learning space SUTRA will hold all your learning materials, both written and video, as well as a forum to connect with your colleagues.

Ekaterina Cupelin, Ph.D., is a birth, postnatal, and bereavement doula, author, and researcher. She works with mothers of all paths and believes strongly in the transformative and healing power of birth. www.naitremere.org
What is my investment?

Your course fee includes instructional material, access to the learning platform and forum, pedagogical follow-up, mentorship, and a 1-year membership to PSN with the possibility of being listed in our Postnatal Doula Directory.

Note: You have the option to first send in a deposit of 100€ to secure your spot and make the remainder of your payment by February 1, 2025.
Certification Process
After participating in this 15-hour training course online and completing all homework assignments during the 5 weeks we will spend together, participants who wish to become certified must:
✔ Gain practical experience with the following practices: postnatal massage, postnatal cooking, rebozo closing ritual, belly binding, yoni steam, babywearing, and baby swaddling.
✔ Complete 40 hours of postnatal support (internship) with one or more families.
✔ Write a report reflecting on their internship experience.
✔ Ensure that the families they worked with fill out a questionnaire and provide a reference.
Once these requirements have been met and validated by the trainers and the organizer, the Postnatal Support Network will issue a certificate signed by both the trainer and the course organizer. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will also have the opportunity to create a profile in our doula directory on our website.
