The Mother's Journey
- Pre & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training -
Online in English and Spanish
This is focused training the preparation of women so that they have sufficient knowledge of themselves to become mothers without fearful thoughts and without perpetuating feelings of inferiority that could be passed on to the next generation.
It is aimed at all those who wish to be part of the process of transformation of consciousness that is taking place in the world in this phase of transition, supporting mothers through the techniques of Kundalini Yoga and the teachings of other ancient feminist traditions. Women are encouraged and equipped to take charge of their own self- healing and leadership.
We believe that every woman should have access to these precious teachings and conquer the power of "The future is female", because that future is waiting for her.
This course is also aimed at those who want to teach yoga for pregnant and postpartum women, or lead any kind of course for women.
It is also aimed at parents who are motivated and professionals whose work is related to the pregnant woman, such as midwives and doulas.
Formation naturally challenges the current subjection of the natural birth process and develops greater autonomy and support for female intuition.
The Red Tent concept is part of the way in which we can directly experience the strength that can be achieved and provided between women.
The training includes all aspects of preparing for the Journey, from sexuality
couples relationships, pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period.
The modules are only for women over 18.

January 24th & 25th, 2026
English: 9h -12hs PT / Spanish: 15h -18hs PT
The post-natal phase, after the birth of the baby, is a time when the woman is in darkness. She has visualised the mystery of life and death, sorrow and joy, during childbirth. It is a time when she is not "here" but "beyond". It takes time to be reborn.
A supportive community is part of her recovery and yogic techniques provide the new mum with the tools for self-knowledge and self-care that she needs.
Students learn how to provide safe and stimulating postnatal yoga classes as well as support circles for mums and babies. To give women the strength and energy to experience all aspects of the sacred feminine: the alchemy of the maiden, the mother and the wise healer.
February 21st & 22nd, 2026
English: 9h -12hs PT / Spanish: 15h -18hs PT
Facilitating women-only groups, menstrual meditation techniques to strengthen stability, who we are as individuals, shadow work and empowerment, women and the power of ceremony.
It's an intense personal exploration of our self-concepts, our unspoken contracts and unconscious agreements with our family of origin and our family of choice.
We will explore intimacy, anger, fear and resentment. The first day is spent descending into the rings of our inner hell and darkness, to allow us to come to terms with who we really are, what we block ourselves from, what we carry around that no longer serves.
The second day centres on moving on. Re-contracting with our history, expanding out of the roles that no longer serve us.
We look at the way you manage your classes, serve the community, and be a role model for others. Your work includes self-education. You create your reality. If you don't like it, change it. Much of this weekend is spent working in groups. We end the weekend by making our own plan for moving forward.
The training includes:
- Live zoom lessons (2 per module) and recordings avalaible
- Pre-recorded theory videos (3 per module)
- Practical videos (3 or more per module)
- Study group meetings (2 x module, 2 hours each, day and time to be agreed with the group coordinator)
- Handbooks (1 per module)
- All the educational material relating to the training will be made available at Sutra platform.
- In Sutra, there is a discussion and sharing chat where you can ask questions and doubts, which will be answered by the teacher of the respective module.
- The training and all the material is bilingual in English and Spanish
- Access to the material for 3 months after the end of the course, on Sutra.
- The total duration of the course is 120 hours.
