Cycles, Moon Cycles - From Mentruation to Menopause"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This virtual course aims to <strong>focus on the safe and effective use of medicinal plants for the female reproductive system in the period from the first menstruation to the menopause.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will begin a journey that will take us through the hormonal changes that occur during lunar cycles and personal life cycles and how plants can help us in these processes.<\/p>\n<p>This course is the result of a collaboration <strong>involves nutritionists, midwives, doulas, yoga instructors and herbalists.<\/strong> The group of trainers is an international group of women who are all currently living in Portugal.<\/p>\n<p>The course will be <strong>shop<\/strong> and taught in English and Portuguese, <strong>with 10 pre-recorded lessons and a Q&amp;A chat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We hope you can join us for this extraordinary opportunity to build a connection with the plants and plant
