He then trained at Sat Nam Rasayan and completed intensive Level 1 training to become a Kundalini Yoga Instructor in New Mexico, USA. In addition to India and the USA, Ardaas travelled throughout Europe, receiving Karam Kriya teachings from his Spiritual Teacher, Shiv Charan Singh.<\/p><p>Today, he is a leading trainer who dedicates himself entirely to transmitting yoga teachings as an international trainer of Karam Kriya Consultants and Kundalini Yoga Levels 1 and 2 Teachers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sobre Ardaas Singh Ardaas Singh come\u00e7ou a sua carreira como m\u00fasico, professor universit\u00e1rio e pesquisador.
