Entering middle age can be a time of recovery. Fatigue, digestive problems, anxiety, migraines, insomnia and auto-immune conditions are some of the issues that can prevent us from enjoying this rich phase of life.
Stress and motherhood can lead to immune/endocrine dysfunction and deplete our nutrient reserves.
Herbs to the rescue! We’ll learn about adaptogens, nutritional tonics, and nourishing infusions, such as Withania somnifera (ashwagandha), Rhodiola rosea, Astragalus membranaceus, and Centella asiatica.
