Born in Salta, Argentina, Gurujot Kaur is an anthropologist, Kundalini Yoga teacher and doula.

She specialises in Kundalini Yoga teachings for women, as well as pre and post-natal care, and is currently part of the team of teachers at ‘The Mother's Journey’.

She was an executive Director of the ‘Mujer de Luz’ Foundation in Ecuador, lived in Quito for several years and was an active member of the team at the ‘Siri Prem’ Yoga Centre.

She is a professional trainer (KRI) and has taught at KY Teacher Trainings in Ecuador, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Portugal and Spain.

She is the co-founder of ‘El Milagro de la Luna’, a project to accompany pregnant women and women who have recently given birth.
She accompanies women in their life processes with various tools and loves to combine yoga with artistic expressions as a form of healing, knowledge and personal and community growth.

She currently lives in Portugal.
