I discovered Kundalini Yoga in 2008 and was totally thrilled. Level 1 and 2 training followed naturally, also the Karam Kriya consultancy training with my spiritual teacher Shiv Charan Singh, and the journey of becoming a teacher trainer. I enjoy passing on these teachings with joy, lightness and depth.

For several years I have worked as Ashram Manager in Quinta do Rajo in Portugal, followed by running the Ashram 3ho La Fontaine in the South of France. Being an experienced event manager, I joined the team of the European Yoga Festival for a couple of years.

Back in Portugal for a year now, I have been working as Retreat Manager in a beautiful yoga retreat center. Another passion of mine is playing and teaching how to play the Gong.
