Postnatal Support Training
When a baby is born, a mother needs a lot of rest and postpartum support. The husband does not always have the willingness or ability to provide. Society must invest in this core and this family , at a time when there is a new life to nurture. A “post-natal sevadar” strives to provide services to new mothers during quarantine after delivery.
This training covers:
- Physiology of puerperium
- Principles of breastfeeding
- Teachings of Yogi Bhajan
- Eating in post-partum
- How to create harmony and joy in a family.
Who is this training for?
Women with a flexible schedule, willing to travel, and willing to help other women to care for their baby/children.
This training is supported by PNSN.
