Originally from London, living now in Barcelona where I teach Kundalini Yoga. I’m the Director of Guru Guru, a center that offers workshops, master classes and Teacher Training  level 1 and 2 of Kundalini Yoga.

I am certificated by KRI in level 1 and 2 of Kundalini Yoga, and Lead Trainer. Enjoy travelling through South America (Mexico, where originally took my first level 1 with Sat Nam Kaur Foster in DF), London, Portugal, France and Spain.

I love travel through the world offering master classes specialized on themes such as the Empowerment of the Aquarian Women, Classes of Kundalini Yoga to relieve fear and leave your destiny, Classes that invoke the spiritual change of Aquarian Age, etc. Lately I am giving classes of Rebirthing in order to relieve subconscious traumas since I finished a 3 year’s Formation in Peter Levine Official Institute for Somatic Experience.

I had the blessing of meet directly Yogi Bhajan who transmitted me his love and touch. His passion lives in me.

I continue my path inspired by the touch of the Master and keep on teaching thanks to his Grace, being Yogi Bhajan a true pioneer of the spiritual change into Aquarian Age.”
