About Shiv Charan Singh
Shiv Charan Singh is a member of the KRI Advisory Board (Kundalini Research Institute), the international body that regulates the teaching and expansion of Kundalini Yoga. He is also the founding director of the Karam Kriya School, which is based at Quinta do Rajo, Portugal, and is the Administrator of the Guru Ram Dass Project, a non-profit organization.
Scottish by birth, he is a remarkable and authentic spiritual master. Shiv Charan is deeply committed to guiding his students in their spiritual growth, so that they can bring spiritual awareness to their own daily lives and develop their potential as human beings. He is a specialized consultant, author of several books on human communication, the mystery of numbers and poetry. He directs formation programs in several countries in Europe, America (North and South) and Asia.
As a young man, Shiv Charan had a number of near-fatal incidents and these near-death experiences gave him a deep understanding of the process of living and dying, which we all seek to understand. As a teenager he experienced the complete ascension of the kundalini (term used to describe deep spiritual awakening). In his early twenties he studied Sikh Dharma with Yogui Bhajan, the religious leader and founder of Sikh Dharma in the West.
Shiv is a master of Karam Kriya having been a pioneer in his teaching and dissemination. He also gives courses and workshops in many countries in Europe, North and South America and Asia. He covers a wide range of subjects such as forgiveness, death and dying, relationships, communication, prosperity, money and success, emotional pain, sacred biometry, among others.
He was awarded the title of Best Teacher of the Year (in 2014) by the Kundalini Research Institute.
